Grio combines curated food records with third-party nutrition datasets to support food search, meal review, nutrition estimates, and optional barcode lookup where available. Nutrition values can vary by brand, serving size, recipe, and preparation method, so users should review entries before relying on them for a meal log.

Open Food Facts

Some branded product and barcode data is sourced from Open Food Facts. The Open Food Facts database is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Open Food Facts is not affiliated with Grio and does not endorse Grio.

Product records may be changed, corrected, or removed as source data and Grio's quality checks evolve.

USDA FoodData Central
